How To Install NS2(Network Simulator) On Windows 10(WSL)

Windows Subsystem for Linux is a compatibility layer for running Linux binary executables natively on Windows 10.
I executed some TCL scripts for network,file transfer and setting up LAN with ns2,xgraph included
