S. Rachmaninoff: Prelude in D-Major (Op. 23 No. 4)

Have been playing this one on and off for a long time, but never managed to get the last twenty-ish percent in. Now I had to get it up before I leave this piano for an extended period of time, though I would have liked to get a little bit more practice in. Rachmaninoff used to be one of my favourite composers, if not the favourite, and this peace simultaneously breathes dark brutality and tender love. Perhaps it is characteristic of today's Feast.
