CENTRIPETAL FORCE vs CENTRIFUGAL FORCE - Confusion | in HINDI

In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11 we explained when to consider centripetal force only and when to consider that with centrifugal force. It depends upon the frame of reference we choose. If our frame of reference is ground or, say, outside the object moving in circular motion, we need to consider the centripetal force only. If our frame of reference is the object moving, then we need to consider centrifugal force also.
