The flm is regarded as one of the best musicals out of Pakistan, and was notably the last successful film starring Noor Jehan, one of the country's cinematic legends. The master musician Khawaja Khursheed Anwar gave the score to the film directed by Masud Pervez and also starred Sahira and Allauddin.
From a tape supplied by Muz made from a British Channel 4 broadcast some years ago. Thanks. The subtitles are 'burned' or 'embedded' into the video.

(h) "cinematographic work" means any sequence of visual images including video films of every kind, recorded on material of any description (whether translucent or not), whether silent or accompanied by sound, which, if shown (played back, exhibited) conveys the sensation of motion;”
"CHAPTER III
TERM OF COPYRIGHT
20. Term of copyright in cinematographic works, records and
photographs.---- (1) In the case of a cinematographic work, copyright shall
subsist until fifty years from the beginning of the calendar year next following the
year in which the work is published."

Pakistani film copyright (including video, dialog, music, lyrics, songs) lasts for fifty years and any film and its songs released more than fifty years ago is in the public domain. No extensions, no renewals, no exceptions. This film is no longer protected by copyright.
