Ultimate privacy fence with metal frame.

This fence was made using overlapping technique for better privacy.
As many of you may know that planks tend to warp and shrink over time and picket boards end up with gaping slots. In my personal opinion, overlapping is probably the easiest way to create privacy. So what's your take on this?
