How to make lavash pastry? Breakfast lavash pastry recipe, breakfast recipe. Lavash toast recipe.
Materials:
4 pieces of lavash
300 g fresh cheddar cheese
1 tomato
1 tablespoon of butter
5 eggs
half a glass of milk
6 beef salami
8 turkey salami
Fabrication:
First, let's grease the pan in which we will make our pastry. Crack the eggs into a suitable bowl, add milk, add salt and pepper and whisk. Pour one-third of the Yurtalı mortar at the bottom of the pot and put lavash on it. Arrange the beef salami on the lavash, pour one-third of the cheddar cheese on it. Place the second lavash on it. Sprinkle the tomatoes and, like the tomatoes, the remaining half of the cheddar cheese. Cool on the third lavash. Arrange turkey salami on it, sprinkle over the remaining cheddar cheese. Put the fourth and last lavash on it and pour the rest of the remaining egg mixture on it. Close the lid of the pot and cook both sides on low heat. You can serve the cooked pastry hot. Bon Appetit.
