Hello, this is siZning.
I made tuile today! It's make so simple, but it's crispy homemade snack with a luxurious charm. It's a thin and simple design, but it's a delicious snack that stands out for its crispy, savory, and light taste.
It is made in 5 flavors using 5 topping ingredients and is great for gifts!
In addition to the toppings I used, you can use your favorite ingredients to make more delicious tuile. Have a warm year-end with tuile :)

After cooling, seal and store. Leave at room temperature and consume within a week.
🔸 Ingredients (15 pieces each)
🔸 Tuile batter
Egg white 120g
Sugar 140g
Cake flour 75g
Melted unsalted butter 80g
Almond slice 40g
Shredded Coconut 30g
Diced peanuts 40g
Edible seaweed(Gim) powder 3g
Black sesame powder 24g
