Instructions:
1. Log in Discord account on your PC or in browser.
2. Click the server name or your friend.
3. Click the plus icon in window chat.
4. Choose your video.
5. Add comment (Optional).
6. Click upload.

If the video has too large a file size, you can put it on uploading sites such as youtube.com, or choose file hosting and share the link.

Maybe you can also make a video file by going to videosmaller.com so that it is less than 8mb.

1. Go to videosmaller.com.
2. Choose your video.
3. Select use low compression level.
4. If the file is still too large, you can reduce the size of the image in the scale field.
5. Click upload video.
