Fundrise Review - Fundrise is the largest crowdfunding real estate platform available. In this review video what fundrise is, how investing in fundrise works and a detailed look inside the fundrise dashboard and my personal fundrise investing account.
Through its crowdfunding style investing platform Fundrise has opened up the world of private real estate investing to investors with as little as $1000 to invest. Unlike other crowdfunded real estate platforms, you don't need to be an accredited investor with over a million dollars to your name!
Fundrise offers "eREIT"s which invest in commercial and private real estate deals around the United States. I began investing with Fundrise in December as a way to diversify my investments into real estate without having to own an actual rental property. I've enjoyed my experience with Fundrise to the point that I've now invested $10,000 and will continue to add to my investment.
