Ingredients
For Making Phulki Better
Moong Lentil 200 gms soaked in water
Red chilli powder 1 tbs
Salt 1 tbs or as required
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs
Carrom seeds ( ajwaien ) quarter tsp
Baking soda quarter tsp

For Making khatta meeth pani ( sweet and sour water)
Tarmerind pulp ( Imli ka pulp ) 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Roasted crushed Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Chat masalah 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Sugar 1 tbs
2 glass chilled water
Onion 2 sliced
Green corriender and mint leaves finely cut
