The plaintiff says the defendant is her negligent landlord who she claims dragged his feet for 45 days before repairing a leak. Now all her furniture is ruined, so she’s suing for the cost. The defendant says his tenant was so difficult to deal with that he asked her to move out. He claims he never got proof anything was damaged. Case 29-049
