Difference among Dark Chocolates: 45% Cocoa, 55% Cocoa and 70% Cocoa ( All About Indian Dark Chocolates)
डार्क चॉकलेटस: 45% कोको, 55% कोको और 70% कोको
This video is totally dedicated to Indian variants of dark chocolates and how to handle them. Recipes made out of Dark chocolates such as chocolates, nut chocolates, chocolate fillings, mousse and ganache etc.or even opened packet of dark chocolate slabs should be kept in fridge with proper covering / air tight container/ zip lock pouch as cocoa butter has tendency to absorb smell from the surroundings.
यह वीडियो भारत में उपलब्ध डार्क चॉकलेट के बारे में है । डार्क चॉकलेट को हमेशा अच्छी तरह से ढक कर फ्रिज में रखना चाहिए क्योकि कोको बटर आस पास के गंध अपने अंदर सोख लेता है । इसलिए आप डार्क चॉकलेट से बनने वाली हर रेसिपी चाहे वो चॉकलेट्स, nut चॉकलेट्स, या ganache हो या फिर खुला हुआ डार्क चॉकलेट स्लैब का पैकेट हो, उसे सदा बंद डब्बे में या ज़िप लॉक पाउच में ही रखे ।
