Stop moving your shoulders forward and back on the preacher curl, as this introduces momentum and unnecessary shoulder engagement, diminishing bicep tension.  A tip to prevent this is to lean forward on the bench with your armpit resting on the upper edge of the bench.  This adjustment will help maintain strict form and isolate your biceps effectively.
