125 g butter
80 gr sugar
2 eggs
130 gr flour
5 g baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the cream:
600 gr sour cream (I have 15% fat)
40 gr starch (I have corn starch)
130 gr sugar
2 eggs
10 g vanilla sugar
50 g butter
200 gr pitted cherries
1. For a biscuit in a bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar into a fluffy mass, and then add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat with a mixer. Then sift flour with baking powder and salt into the resulting mass. Mix everything until smooth.
2. Line the mold, and the bottom and sides with baking paper, put the dough in an even layer in the mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees in top-bottom mode for 20 minutes. Willingness to check for a dry toothpick.
3. While the biscuit is baking, prepare the sour cream custard. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, stir until smooth the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch. And then add sour cream, stir everything. Cook the cream over medium heat, stirring all the time until the first gurgles. Then turn off the heat, add the butter to the cream and stir everything.
4. Pour the cream onto the finished biscuit, put the cherries on top of the cream and send the cake to the oven for another 20 minutes. The mode is the same.
5. Let the cake cool completely in the form and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, or better overnight. Before serving, remove the baking dish and baking paper, sprinkle with powdered sugar! Enjoy your tea!
