Instructions:

Stage 1 = Shaking (7.5 mins):

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, close eyes, and relax.
Allow spontaneous shaking from feet upwards, releasing tension.
Focus on the shaking, avoiding thoughts or judgments.

Stage 2 = Dancing (7.5 mins):

Transition from shaking to spontaneous dancing when music changes.
Move freely with closed eyes, letting energy flow without self-consciousness.

Stage 3 = Sitting in Silence (7.5 mins):

Sit down comfortably when music stops, close eyes, and stay still.
Observe breath, sensations, emotions, or thoughts without attachment.

Stage 4 = Lying Down (7.5 mins):

Lie down on your back when the bell rings, eyes closed, and remain still.
Let go completely, staying aware of sensations, emotions, or thoughts without engaging.

Celebration (7.5 mins):

Stage 4 = Awaken body gently with music, express gratitude with joyful movements.
Celebrate the rejuvenation and vitality from the meditation.
