Eating out is the latest fad, and especially the dosa on a busy late night, morning or for that matter any time of the day is most preferred by all age groups. The simple home style dosa are decked up with all the richness and make it most pompous to make it more delectable. Ordinary dosa topped up with butter, upma, gun powders and simmered to perfection and to proper crispness.

Ingredients  [for 2-3 persons] :  
1.Rice 100 Grams
2.Parboiled Rice 50 Grams
3.Urad Dal 50 Grams
4.Methi Seeds 10 Grams
5.Chana Dal 10 Grams
6.Pressed Rice 50 Grams
7.Water
8.Salt

For topping :
1.Oil
2.Mustard
3.Urad Dalcumin Sedas
4.Green Chilly
5.Ginger
6.Hing
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt
9.Semolina/Bombay Ravva
10.Butter
11.Red Chilly Paste
12.Crushed Peanuts
13.Tomato's Chopped
14.Onion chopped
15.Coriander

Method :
1.Make the plain dosa batter and keep ready.
2.Now for upma topping  take a vessel and heat some oil, mustard, cumin seeds, urad dal, cheen chillies, ginger, hing, curry leaves, water, salt and boil.
3.After boiling add the upma rava/semolina and mix, now the upma is ready.
4.Now on a hot tawa sprinkle some water and wipe, pour the plain dosa batter and spread it, top it with some white butter, red chilly paste, our upma and spread it.
5.Now top it with crushed peanuts, chopped tomatos, chopped onion, coriander and add some more butter and cook till golden brown

Now the yummy street style bandi dosa is ready.

Enjoy it with sambar and chutney of your likes
