80% of men's communication is nonverbal. It's their actions, including how they stand, carry themselves, look people in the eye, shake hands, and wear. These aspects let other people know whether or not he's confident or insecure and weak. I will share tips and tricks that instantly make others think you're the alpha. I'm also going to teach you how to properly hug another man for a woman who is not your girlfriend.

Posture. Stand or sit with chest up and shoulders back. Your chin should be elevated. When sitting, spread your feet about shoulder-width apart with your feet planted solidly. If you're going to lean forward, put your hands in the steeple position. You could also do fist-to-palm. You don't want to sit small or hunched. When crossing your legs, spread.

Walking. You need to master 'confident walking' by looking up and putting your phone away. Ensure your posture is confident, and you're looking people in the eye.

Eye contact. Don't lock and not let go, as this is uncomfortable and awkward. It's too intense. You must ensure fluid eye contact, breaking the gaze to the side every 3 to 5 seconds. When you have good eye contact, ensure you're also nodding and engaging. Don't stare too hard.

Body language. Your body language should be slower, more diligent, and methodical, from your walk to your hand movements. If you're fidgety, you look insecure.

Hands. Use your hands expressively. Palms up are inviting. Palms down are powerful but can also look like you're scolding. Open palms with fingers slightly spread are advised, but don't reach too far outside your personal space bubble. When using your hands, make sure the speed of your hands matches the speed and tempo of your voice.

Personal space. Do not get too close; this will automatically make people want to retreat. To respect their space, they should be far enough from you that you can reach out and lightly tap them. That is an appropriate space for which you should aim. Any closer, and it's a put-off.

Scent. You should smell amazing. Your fragrance is a spritz of confidence, which can get you compliments. Check out Pete & Pedro's new cologne, ICON.

Smile. Your smile instantly makes you look more confident, so when you engage, use your grill. It lets others know you're secure and friendly, making you look more attractive. When you're smiling, don't have a big cheesy grin. Use a smirk with eye contact.

Entering a room. When you walk through the door, stand up straight and confident with your chin up. Walk to the center of the room and look around, smiling. Look people in the eye and find somebody to engage with. People automatically think you're the man when you are the center of attention. When you approach someone to speak, give them a powerful handshake.

Handshake. You're not trying to dominate or own a person with your handshake. You're trying to be like an alpha, so your handshake should be solid. When you reach out to shake hands, go web-to-web and grab. Practice handshaking with your friends or family.

Touch. Use touch to your advantage, but keep it professional. Limit touch to the upper part of the arm, and do not drag or linger. Do not caress. It's a tap. Check out my demonstration. Never touch anything on the lower body.

Hugging. With a dude, do a bro hug. It's shaking hands, going shoulder-to-shoulder, patting the other hand on the back, and then releasing. Never caress, rub, or double hug. With a woman, you want to keep it professional and do a side hug so there's no chest-to-chest. There's never an embrace or hold. Make sure your face stays away from them.
