Witajcie na kanale @El Turisto Urbex. W dzisiejszym odcinku zwiedzamy Westreplatte, miejsce pierwszej bitwy II wojny światowej.
Uformowany w latach 1845–1847 półwysep (wcześniej wyspa) w Gdańsku, przy ujściu Martwej Wisły do Zatoki Gdańskiej. W latach 1926–1939 eksklawa Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej wewnątrz terytorium Wolnego Miasta Gdańska, symbol wybuchu II wojny światowej. W okresie międzywojennym na terenie Westerplatte funkcjonowała Wojskowa Składnica Tranzytowa, której obrona we wrześniu 1939 stała się symbolicznym początkiem II wojny światowej.
Chcąc upamiętnić wydarzenia jakie miały tu miejsce, z kamerą przeszedłem tereny dawnej składnicy, od wartowni poprzez koszary, gdzie dotknąłem historii oręża Wojska Polskiego a także (niestety) spotkałem się inwazją pluszowych pikachu. Zapraszam na odcinek.

Welcome to @El Turisto Urbex. In today's episode, we visit Westreplatte, the site of the first battle of World War II.
Formed in the years 1845–1847 peninsula (formerly an island) in Gdańsk, at the mouth of the Martwa Wisła river into the Bay of Gdańsk. In the years 1926–1939 an exclave of the Republic of Poland inside the territory of the Free City of Gdańsk, a symbol of the outbreak of World War II. In the interwar period, the Military Transit Storehouse operated in Westerplatte, the defense of which in September 1939 became a symbolic beginning of World War II.
In order to commemorate the events that took place here, with the camera I walked the grounds of the former repository, from the guardhouse through the barracks, where I touched the history of the Polish Army and also (unfortunately) encountered the invasion of plush pikachu.
