2018 CHEVROLET CAPTIVA – INTERESTING ENGINE MIX
The new 2018 Chevrolet Captiva will be totally refreshed with a new powertrain. It comes equipped with a 2.2-liter which will supply this mighty SUV with the output of 258 hp as well as 212 lb-ft of torque and a six-speed automatic transmission system. Two additional engine options will also be available. The first one will be a 2.4-liter four-cylinder petrol unit which will have the production of 170 hp as well as 170 lb-ft of torque. The second option will be a 3.0-liter V6 with the output of 250 hp. It is estimated that its fuel consumption will be 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
2018 CHEVROLET CAPTIVA – PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
Its base model is priced at $25,000 while the top end model is priced up to $30,000. This new version is expected to release sometime in 2018.
The car has a solid engine and is priced reasonably. It offers a lot for the price tag and its cabin is good for families. It fares well in terms of safety features and entertainment too.
