Patience. Open the gas tank valve (with burner system off). Allow time 15-30 min for gas to flow through the line. Return to the fireplace and start.
DO NOT ATTEMP TO START ALL IN ONE SITTING.
You will spend 15-30 min fighting the machine waiting for the gas to flow through the line.
