Chicken fillet in the oven with potatoes according to this simple and tasty recipe is cooked quickly. It turns out juicy, tender, fragrant and very tasty chicken fillet (chicken breast or thigh) and tender potatoes. Can be served with coleslaw or beetroot. Any garnish will do.

Recipe:

Chicken fillet -450 g
Potato-500 g
Eggs-2 pcs
Cream or sour cream - 80 ml
Dry dill-1 tsp
Dry ground garlic - 1/2 tsp (or a fresh clove)
Vegetable oil-1 tbsp.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Bake in the oven at t 200'C ( 392'F) for 20 minutes.
