Hakka Braised Fried Pork with Black Fungus This is a very common home-style HAKKA dish in Malaysia. A pork belly is marinated with red fermented bean curd as the main seasoning, deep fried the pork belly, then add in fungus and stewed together. It is a very delicious dish for dinner! If you want a more Nanyang flavor, you can add star anise and cinnamon.
