Southern Loop, SL-III
PPP Steering Committee in its 40th meeting held on 19-03-2019 approved the project titled "Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Operations and Maintenance of the Lahore Ring Road (Southern Loop, SL-III)" on PPP Mode under the Build-Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. Subsequently, Request for Proposal (RFP) was floated in national / international publications on 30-04-2019 with bid submission date 13-06-2019 extended up to 18-07-2019. M/s NLC (National Logistic Cell) submitted its bid on specified date through single stage three envelope bidding procedure as per PPP Act-2014 (amended in 2019) and the same was evaluated as per RFP. M/s NLC successfully prequalified and afterward found technically responsive during evaluation. Financial bid of M/s NLC was approved by the PPP Planning and Monitoring Board in its meeting held on 28-11-2019. Accordingly, Letter of Intent (LOI) was issued on 18-12-2019 to M/s NLC.

Substantial Completion: 9 months (from date of signing)
Concession Period including Construction: 25 years
