Cooking up a Lawsuit

The plaintiff, a chef, says his ex-wife owes him money because she stole his pots and pans when they split up, so he’s suing. The defendant claims her former husband bought those pots and pans for her. The defendant is countersuing for money she says the plaintiff owes her for driving him around and supporting him during their marriage.
