We'll start off by looking at the four basic bar chord shapes you'll need to know to utilize these roadmaps, and then go over a little bit of basic guitar music theory so that we know how to figure out the chords in a key. From there, we'll look at our two different chord roadmaps. One rooted on the low E string, and the other rooted on the A string. With the knowledge of both of these roadmaps, you'll be able to easily play all the chords in any key without worrying about learning any new shapes. We'll even touch on using the number system with non-diatonic chords, as well as a method for using the number system with open chords instead of bar chords.
