Ingredients are as follows: In a slow cooker combine carrots potatoes chopped 2 large shallots pepperoncini peppers 1 stick butter 1 packet hidden valley ranch mix salt pepper to taste garlic powder sage basil 1 packet beef gravy mix 3tsp beef bouillon powder balsamic vinegar optional to about a cup of red wine optional Worcestershire sauce 1 32oz carton of beef or chicken stock to a medium to large pot roast. Let cook overnight.
