RESEP:

Roti:
- 350 Gr tepung roti / protein tinggi
- 5 Gr ragi instan
- 4 Gr garam
- 65 Gr gula pasir
- 20 Gr susu bubuk
- 1 butir telur
- 165 ml air dingin
- 45 Gr mentega tawar

Coffee cream!
- 60 Gr mentega tawar
- 50 Gr gula halus
- 70 Gr tepung terigu serba guna / protein sedang
- 1 butir telur kecil (50 gram)
- 6 Gr kopi instan
- 1 1/2 Sdt air hangat

- Mentega asin yang di potong kotak-kotak
