Power inverter smoking

As I park to get lunch I notice smoke coming out the back of my juniper power inverter. Therefore I decide to film it. Upon inspection I notice the power wire into the unit was loose and the connector was starting to melt. Tightened the wire connecter. The wire was hot. Loose wires will overheat and melt.
