Enlisted has just added napalm. Well, not really; "external fuel tanks" are the new aircraft weapon class update and are basically aircraft flamethrowers or molotovs, dropping liquid fire on poor soldiers and infantry. This will be part of the major update coming soon (not the new campaign merge, new progression, new matchmaking systems an unified currency) that includes the new Pacific campaign map, New Georgia, and you can buy these aircraft planes as premium squads or can earn them for free during the "Reinforcements Received" event.
