Hello Everyone!
We are back with the Palpali Chukauni Recipe. Chukauni is a type of Aloo ko Achar (potato salad) very popular in the western part of Nepal. It very delicious to eat and easy to make. It is a sour and spicy alu ko achar made by adding boiled potatoes in sour yogurt with a lot of other traditional spices. This Chulkauni can be served as a side dish with lunch or dinner and with snacks as well.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
200 ml yogurt
4 boiled potatoes (cut them in cubes)
1 sliced red onion
3-4 green chilies
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp sichuan pepper (timur)
2 tbsp roasted sesame powder
juice from ½ lemon
1 tbsp fresh coriander
½ tsp fenugreek seeds roasted in mustard oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
