Spicy Potato curry - Indian recipe of Alo curry is made up of Potatoes and Indian spices. It goes very well with rice, roti or Paratha.

5-6 Boiled Potatoes
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
Fresh coconut
2-3 Garlic cloves
1 Inch Ginger
Fresh coriander leaves
1 Tsp cumin seeds
½ Tsp mustard seeds
Red chili powder as per taste
½ Tsp coriander seeds powder
½ Tsp turmeric powder
½ Tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
2-3 Tbsp Oil
