Heat Highlights - Jack Freestone Crowned World Junior Champion in Bali, Ezekiel Lau Runner-Up

Jack Freestone (AUS) battled it out in an intense final heat against Ezekiel Lau (HAW) to finish the Oakley ASP World Pro Junior in Kermas, Bali, with a final score board comparing an 13.83 (Freestone) and 13.77 (Lau). Despite the dying swell and unfavorable wind, both competitors used their aerial arsenal to post their best scores in the 2 to 3 ft surf. His second Oakley Pro Junior win, this time in Indonesia, Freestone won the ASP World Junior Title after fighting a near-perfect Semifinal and tough Final heat against the Hawaiian powerhouse. With the win in Bali, Jack Freestone joins an elite trio of surfers, ASP WCT No.1 Joel Parkinson (AUS) and Pablo Paulino (BRA), all of whom have claimed multiple men's junior titles.
