4 tb - dhaniya jeera powder
1 tb - red chilli powder
1/2 ts - turmeric powder
1/4 ts - garam masala
salt to taste
2 ts - sugar
1 tb - oil(for stuffing)
2-1/2 to 3 tb - oil(for subji)
1/2 ts - mustered seeds
pinch of cumin seeds
2 ts - chilli paste
1/4 ts - Asafatida
coriander leaves
2 ts - garlic (if you want)
