Various shots of people in all kinds of cars setting off in the famous Shelsley Walsh hill climb race.  One of the contestants is aviator Amy Johnson.  Several shots of the cars in the race, watched by spectators along the route.  A car crosses the finish line - probably Raymond Mays who made the fastest time.
