This is how to make Dirty Rice for beginners

Ingredients

3 cups rice
1 medium size bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
1 kilo minced meat
1 tbspn curry powder
1 tbspn thyme
1 tbspn ginger/garlic paste
1 tspn curry powder
1 tspn thyme
1 tbspn white pepper
3-4 fresh tomatoes
5-6 scotch Bonnet pepper
3-4 tbspn vegetable oil
1 medium size onions
1 tbspn paprika powder
1 handful spring onions
Seasoning / salt to taste

You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
