Coffee Cream Cake in 10 Minutes! It’s so delicious that I make it every weekend
✅️ingredients:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
1 tsp liquid vanilla
90 ml of oil (1/3 cup + 2 tsp)
100 ml of milk (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp)
1 spoon of instant coffee
200 g flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
20 g bitter cocoa (2 tbsp)
15 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)

320 ml of milk (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon lotus cream
30 g butter (2 tbsp)

Icing sugar for decoration
Bake the first part of the dough in the oven at 175°C for 12 minutes
Bake the second part of the dough in the oven at 175°C for 20 minutes
