In this video, we'll cover how you can stop finishing work late if you're a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional. Working late every can lead to you feeling tired all the time and burnt out.
It's so important to have proper boudnaries around work and life, to avoid burnout adn for you to have a proper work-life balance - especially if you're a doctor working long hours. These are the things that help me finish work on time as a junior doctor.
