Online HACCP Class Preview at NC State University

The online HACCP course taught at NC State University was designed with a series of videos that present students with the challenge of developing and implementing a HACCP plan for dairy food products processed in the Robert H. Feldmeier dairy processing plant under the Howling Cow brand.
