With this simple trick, you can draw a perfectly horizontal and vertical line in Ms Word and PowerPoint.
Steps to draw a horizontal/vertical line in Ms Word and PowerPoint are:
#1: Go to Insert → Shapes and select the desired type of line
#2: Place your pointer to a place where you want to start drawing line
#3: Press left mouse button and drag by holding it to draw line
#4: Holding shift key while drawing will ensure you get a perfectly horizontal/vertical line in Word/PowerPoint
#5: Once you get the desired line, release the left mouse button and shift key to get it.
