This time I stayed at Hida Hotel Plaza in Hida Takayama Onsen, Gifu Prefecture. A dinner course featuring Hida beef shabu-shabu, We also have a wonderful breakfast buffet with local dishes in small bowls! This is a very good hotel, with a hot spring overlooking Takayama city, a 5-minute walk from the station, and close to sightseeing spots. Depending on the date, you may be able to stay overnight on a Saturday using national travel support. This is a high-cost spa hotel that you can enjoy for less than 10,000 yen per person! Hida Takayama Onsen Hida Hotel Plaza [Official Homepage] www.hida-hotelplaza.co.jp/ Hida Hotel Plaza is located in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. It is about 4 hours by car or 3 and a half hours by train from Osaka. It's a 5-minute walk from Takayama Station, making it a very convenient location for sightseeing. Close to tourist spots in Hida Takayama, Takayama Jinya and the old townscape. You can feel the history of Hida. The hotel had very nice hospitality, and the staff were always smiling and kind. The decoration inside the hotel was also nice, and although it was a seasonal pattern, the Takayama specialty Sarubobo had become Santa. The hot springs had a panoramic view of Takayama city and were a relaxing hot spring. There was also a Japanese-style hot spring with tatami flooring on the basement floor, and it was a wonderful hot spring full of Japanese atmosphere. I took a bath many times and the water was very warm. For dinner, we chose a course where we could eat Hida beef shabu-shabu and other local Hida dishes. We also had a chance to compare sake drinks and enjoy delicious Japanese food to our heart's content! Breakfast is a buffet with lots of wonderful small dishes filled with ingredients from Gifu Prefecture. You can also try local dishes such as stewed Hida beef tendon, Hoba miso, and simmered Kumoji! It has high ratings on travel sites, so I think it's a place you'll be satisfied with. It's a wonderful inn with 4.5 reviews on Jalan (as of December 2022)! (Permission to take photos inside the building has been obtained) Before checking in to the hotel, we ate miso cutlet etc. at Nagaragawa SA. After arriving at the hotel, we went sightseeing around Takayama city. Sightseeing around Takayama Jinya and the old townscape, buying sweets at Enagawa Kamiya, We also went around eating at Nishisanya and other places! After checking out, we had ramen at Shirakawa, a famous Takayama ramen restaurant. I would like to introduce this as well.
