"Gotta" - Informal contraction of "have to" or "got to". Used to express obligation or necessity.
Examples:
1. I gotta get to work early today.
2. You gotta try this new restaurant, it's amazing.
3. We gotta figure out a solution to this problem.

"Wanna" - Informal contraction of "want to". Used to express a desire or preference.
Examples:

"Oughta" - Informal way of saying "ought to" or "should". Used to express a recommendation or suggestion.
