Dental Dilemma

The plaintiff ate breakfast at the defendant’s diner and claims he broke his tooth while biting into his eggs because there was a rock in it. The plaintiff says he brought his dental bill to the defendant, but he refused to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff didn’t really lose a tooth in his diner and is just trying to scam him.
