Is Whole Foods London Really Worth it? Is it now 'cheap'?

Time to pop along to Whole Foods at High Street Kensington to see what nice Spring foods they have in stock. Also surprisingly saw some items here that were cheaper than some of the major supermarketers in the UK. What is going on? Whole Foods cheaper than Sainsbury's?!
