The Blues Brothers 40 Years Later...

Today is the 40th anniversary of the release of a classic, The Blues Brothers. So I decided to take a look at why this is my favorite movie. What were the hurdles that it needed to overcome, and why it left resonance on the genre of blues.

It should be no surprise to anyone that this is my favorite movie as I've used it in thumbnails, and the music in backtracks for many of my other videos. But I feel like a large portion of my audience does not know the sheer joy and insanity of watching a film like this. So hopefully I can convince you that it's worth a watch and we can remember the legacy of John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd.

This is a video I've had cooking up in my head for months not and I'm happy to see it finally be out. I'm going to spend today by grabbing a drink, kicking back, and watching The Blues Brothers.
