Sweet Sacrament Divine - With Lyrics is a Eucharistic hymn which was composed by Francis Stanfield (1835-1914), a Roman Catholic priest who served for 19 years in Hertford, in the Diocese of Westminister (ref)

It is usually set to the tune he composed for it, DIVINE MYSTERIES.

It can be sung anytime commonly during adoration of the blessed sacrament and during communion.
