How’s your summer going so far? With the heatwave, we needed some refreshing snacks like these blueberry and strawberry lemonade popsicles where we live! My kids love them! They are easy to make, taste delicious, and are healthy.

Ingredients (6 servings)
• ½ cup fresh blueberries for the lemonade + ¼ extra for adding into the molds.
• ¼ cup fresh strawberries for the lemonade + ¼ extra for adding into the molds.
• ¼ cup lemon juice.
• ¾ cup of water.
• 3 Medjool dates, pitted (optional if berries aren’t sweet enough for you).
Directions
1. Place the blueberries (1/2 cup), strawberries (1/4 cup), lemon juice, water, and dates in a blender to make the blueberry strawberry lemonade.
2. Blend until smooth and combined.
3. Taste to adjust some of the flavors. Set aside.
4. Add the extra blueberries and strawberries (cut the strawberries into thin pieces) into the molds.
5. Then, pour the blueberry strawberry lemonade into popsicle molds.
6. Add the sticks and freeze for about 4-5 hours or until they are frozen (I usually make them and let them freeze overnight).
7. Enjoy your healthy and fresh yummy snack!
Note: you can use frozen fruits as well.
