Water 2 cup
Lemon juice 1 & 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom 4-5 pcs

Ingredient for dough:
Dry whole milk 2 cups 200g
baking powder 1 tsp
All purpose flour 4 tbs 45g
Green cardamom powder 1/4 Tsp
Clarified butter (ghee) 2 tbs
Milk 1/2 cup & 2tbs


- Oil for frying
- Almonds and pistachios for garnishing
