Quick, Simple Pepper Sauce | Taste of Trini

Hi everyone, I have been getting a lot of requests for a pepper sauce recipe so I figured it's about time I share one. Here are the few basic ingredients you will need:

30-35 hot peppers (habanero or scotch bonnet)
8-10 bandhania/shadon beni/culantro leaves
12-15 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 inch piece of ginger
1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar (or more depending on the consistency you want)
The juice of one lemon or lime
