Howard Miller Grandfather Clock Striking Wrong Hour

The problem is that this late 80’s (1986-1989) grandfather clock is striking the wrong hour. Skip the video to 2:53 for the chimes. The clock only struck 2 times even though the clock said 7 o’clock. My aunt put the chimes on for me. I don’t own this clock.
