Vipassana means to see things as they really are. It is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an  Art of Living  It involves observing your thoughts and emotions as they are, without judging or dwelling on them. Though more studies are needed, research to date has found that Vipassana can reduce stress and anxiety, which may have benefits for substance use.

This Channel ( Divinity with Vipassana ) is based on the Learning, Lesions and Guidance from Guru Ji (Mr S. N. Goenka ). The purpose of this channel is to spread Vipassana and the benefit of its practice among those who are not familiar with Vipassana Meditation and also for those who are doing practise of Vipassana Meditation regularly.  the collection of the videos of the learning and lesion of Guru Goenka ji  will motivate them to practice Vipassana on daily basis  to achieve their Divinity
